If you have already applied to a client directly, we are typically unable to formally represent you on that vacancy. GDPR and right-to-represent provisions prevent third-party introduction once an application is on file. We can still discuss the wider market with you, manage other introductions in confidence, and engage on your behalf with the same client on future searches outside the active application. We advise engaging with us before applying, so representation can be handled properly from the outset.
