No. Many mandates are confidential or business-critical. A significant portion of our work is conducted off-market to protect both client strategy and candidate privacy.


Qualified pipelines are typically delivered within 48 - 72 hours following brief confirmation, using targeted outreach rather than volume sourcing.


Not typically. We primarily engage proven specialists and leaders within our network, who rely on us to manage career moves discreetly.


If you have already applied to a client directly, we are typically unable to represent you to the client within a 6 month timeframe of the application. Once an application is submitted, GDPR and right-to-represent provisions prevent third-party introduction, removing our ability to manage the process or act on your behalf. For this reason, we advise engaging with us before applying, so representation, coordination, and communication can be handled properly from the outset.
