A Proprietary Executive Search Framework

Talent Vault™ is Steadman & Chase’s proprietary executive search framework, designed to provide organisations with direct access to senior professionals across Legal, Technology, and Financial Services. 


The framework supports discreet, high-precision search execution where timing and judgement are critical. Rather than relying on advertising or speculative outreach, searches are conducted through established relationships, enabling the presentation of qualified shortlists typically within 48 to 72 hours.
