A Proprietary Executive Search Framework

Talent Vault™ is Steadman & Chase's UK trademarked executive search framework, registered under UK00004267329, designed to provide organisations with direct access to senior professionals in Legal and Technology across UK, DACH, and USA. 


The framework supports discreet, high-precision search execution where timing and judgement are critical. Rather than relying on advertising or speculative outreach, searches are conducted through established relationships and our proprietary Python-based labour market intelligence pipeline. Qualified shortlists are typically presented within 48 to 72 hours. Many of the senior professionals represented are not active participants in the job market and engage with Steadman & Chase to manage career moves with appropriate confidentiality. 


Talent Vault™ exists to reduce hiring risk and improve appointment accuracy in environments where the cost of delay is measurable. The name is UK trademark protected under classes 9, 35, and 42, covering recruitment services, executive search software, and candidate databases, to preserve the integrity of the framework and the network it represents.
