Salary: €75,000 - €85,000 base salary + 17% bonus (€87,750 - €99,450 package)
 

Overview

We are supporting a global consultancy delivering cloud-first engineering programmes for enterprise clients undergoing large-scale digital transformation. This opportunity suits a seasoned DevOps engineer focused on automation, platform reliability, and accelerating software delivery within secure cloud environments. You will play a critical role in modernising infrastructure, embedding CI/CD best practices, and ensuring production resilience across complex architectures.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and operate CI/CD pipelines enabling fast, secure deployments
• Implement Infrastructure as Code to standardise environments
• Manage cloud infrastructure with a focus on scalability and cost optimisation
• Deploy containerised workloads using Kubernetes and Docker
• Build monitoring and alerting frameworks for proactive incident response
• Collaborate with engineering teams and mentor junior colleagues

Tech Stack

• CI/CD: Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, CircleCI, Azure DevOps
• Infrastructure: Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM
• Cloud: AWS, Azure, GCP
• Containers: Docker, Kubernetes
• Monitoring: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK
• Languages: Python, Java, TypeScript, Go, or C#

Ideal Background

• Strong experience within DevOps, SRE, or cloud infrastructure roles
• Hands-on expertise across at least one hyperscaler
• Deep understanding of automation and deployment pipelines
• Comfortable working directly with clients and technical stakeholders
• Agile delivery experience
• Fluent German and English (minimum B2)
