Overview

We are partnering with a multinational technology company establishing a senior legal leadership presence across Asia-Pacific. This appointment is suited to a commercially minded legal leader capable of navigating multi-jurisdictional complexity while enabling aggressive regional growth. You will act as both strategic advisor and operational leader, shaping legal infrastructure across emerging and mature markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute regional legal strategy aligned with commercial expansion
• Advise executive leadership on regulatory exposure across APAC jurisdictions
• Lead complex cross-border transactions and strategic partnerships
• Oversee regulatory, competition, and data governance matters
• Build and mentor a high-calibre regional legal team
• Manage external counsel to ensure consistency and cost discipline
