Overview

We are supporting a top-tier international law firm advising leading private equity sponsors on complex infrastructure and energy transactions across Europe and the Middle East. This role is built for an associate seeking deeper deal exposure within a team recognised for executing some of the region’s most sophisticated transactions. You will operate in an environment where precision is expected and deal flow remains consistently high.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise sponsors on acquisitions, disposals, and structured investments
• Draft and negotiate transaction documentation across multi-billion pound deals
• Coordinate due diligence processes with specialist teams
• Support fund formation and financing structures
• Engage directly with clients, financial advisors, and counterparties
• Operate across transactions spanning multiple jurisdictions
